Our programs are fully virtual and available to eligible adults throughout Texas. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a private space to participate. Let our team know if you expect to attend while traveling outside Texas.
Does insurance cover virtual IOP?
Your plan may provide coverage for virtual intensive outpatient treatment. We can review your benefits and explain estimated out-of-pocket costs before enrollment. Coverage varies by plan and may require authorization.
How do I know which program is right for me?
You don’t need to decide on your own. Contact our team to discuss your concerns. An intake assessment helps determine which track and level of care may be appropriate.
Do I have to attend the full program?
Your recommended frequency and length of treatment depend on your clinical needs and program requirements. Your care team will discuss recommendations at intake and review your needs throughout treatment.
Can I continue seeing my individual therapist?
Let us know if you already work with an individual therapist. We can discuss how individual therapy may fit alongside IOP and whether coordination of care or insurance considerations apply.
What happens during virtual sessions?
Depending on the track, sessions may include group discussion, education, coping skills practice, guided reflection, and supported activities. Your team will explain the structure and participation expectations before you begin.
Is this the same as an informal support group?
IOP is a structured treatment program with clinical assessment, treatment goals, and scheduled therapeutic sessions. Connection with other participants is one part of the care provided.
