Our Virtual IOP Programs in Texas
What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program?
Specialized support. Meaningful connection. Care from home.
Your experiences are personal, and your care should reflect that. Renna Counseling’s virtual Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provide structured support for adults who need more than weekly therapy alone.
Explore our Women’s Mental Health IOP and Eating Disorder IOP, available to eligible adults throughout Texas. Each track offers a focused space to build coping skills, understand your experiences, and work toward meaningful change.
100% Virtual • Available Across Texas • Insurance Accepted
An Intensive Outpatient Program offers more frequent, structured therapeutic support while allowing you to continue living at home. Through scheduled virtual sessions, participants engage in group therapy, practical skill building, and education related to their mental health needs.
An IOP may be an appropriate next step when weekly therapy alone is not providing enough support or when additional structure would help you maintain progress. An intake assessment helps determine whether one of our programs is appropriate for your needs.
